shall be opened. Or what man is there among you, of whom if his son shall ask
bread, will he reach him a stone? Or if he shall ask him a fish, will he reach

children: how much more will your Father who is in heaven, give good things to
them that ask him? All things therefore whatsoever you would that men should do
to you, do you also to them. For this is the law and the prophets."

Our Dominican chapter has been blessed in its apostolate to be able to continuously practice the virtue of mercy through our corporal works and most importantly our spiritual works. Since the Holy Eucharist and the sacraments are what every human soul desires and needs, the Third Order of Penance of St Dominic: WSJC Chapter has begun a fund for the payment and needs of Sacred Heart Church. This endeavor is one of prayer and necessity. This Dominican Third Order's mission is to be a welcoming community were the faithful can be supported in living and carrying out the Catholic faith and the life that Holy Mother Church has set aside for us. As Saint Antony the Great said in his wisdom, "Our life and our death are with our neighbor. If we gain our brother, we have gained our God." We hope to collect enough funds to repair and maintain Sacred Heart Church, so that we may gain as many of our brothers and sisters in Christ through the most Holy Eucharist and all of the beautiful Sacraments of Our Holy Mother Church.
The Third Order of Penance of St. Dominic: Willing Shepherds of Jesus Christ Chapter has established a Board of Directors which has been appointed to raise funds for the construction and restoration of Sacred Heart Chapel
